Please let us know if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. And, if you have any special needs or requests, please contact us at least one week prior to your scheduled visit and we will do all we can to accomodate you and make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Anna V's Policies include:
Reservations:
You may guarantee your reservation with a deposit of $50 per night.
We accept checks and cash.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so 7 days or more in advance and we will refund your deposit or apply it to a future date. Less than a 7 day notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless we are able to re-book your room.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Please call if you need to arrive after that time). Check-Out time is 11 a.m.
Other Policies and Guidelines:
• Anna V’s is a smoke-free environment.
• Children, age twelve and older are welcome.
